Holiday Cottage - Tariff 2012/2013
Please find below our tariff for 2012. Prices include Wireless broadband connection, bed-linen, towels, toiletries, heating, supply of logs and coal for stove, cot and high chair, gas barbeque, welcome basket, Windsor Gap Self Propelled Shower Chair, Toilet riser seat with arms.
Short breaks are available throughout the year. At peak dates bookings can only be made two weeks prior. Peak dates are as follows: October half-term, Christmas, New Year, February Half-term, Easter and 2nd July - 2nd September. 3 nights 65% of weekly tariff ~ 4 nights 75% of weekly tariff ~ 5 nights 85% of weekly tariff. Please telephone or e mail to check availability for the dates you require, stating that you wish to book The Lodge. Please always provide your phone number as we cannot accept a provisional booking without this.
Once we have confirmed your dates are free, please take a moment to read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ then please post us the booking form with the deposit or full payment. The deposit is 30% of the tariff and once we have received this your booking is confirmed in writing, a contract is then deemed to be formed. The final balance will be required in full, 6 weeks before your holiday together with a Good Housekeeping deposit of £100 in the form of a separate cheque. This will be returned to you after your departure and only cashed in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the property. We would not normally charge for minor breakages glassware/crockery providing that these have been reported. Download a Booking Form.
